The Waipio Point subdivision is a 66 lot infill project on a 13.2 acre parcel within existing residential neighborhoods between Waipahu High School and Ted Makalena Golf Course. The formerly vacant piece of land, which was an eyesore for the community, was converted into a desirable, new neighborhood. Park Engineering provided the topographic survey, engineering design of roadways, utilities and lot grading, subdivision mapping, construction stakeout and construction support services.
