Park Engineering provided professional services on multiple phases of the Kalaheo Avenue Relief Sewer project in Kailua. Our consultant team prepared planning documents, permits, construction plans and specifications for the large diameter sewer line within Kalaheo Avenue from Kailua Road to the Kailua WWTP. Rehabilitation and relief of the sewer lines included cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of existing lines and installation of new sewer pipe through open trench and trenchless methods. Our team also provided consultant services during bidding and construction and participated in public information meetings.
