Park Engineering provided planning, design and construction administration services for widening 3.3 miles of Kaumualii Highway from a 2-lane highway to a 4 lane highway. Design elements included roadway pavement reconstruction; curb, gutter and sidewalk; highway drainage system; relocation of existing waterline; new highway lighting and traffic signal system; and preparation of construction permits.
